Over one third of Canadians report feeling burned out or stressed.
More than 77% of Canadians felt anxious, or stressed and this has worsened since the pandemic.
An increasing number of Canadians are feeling more anxiety and stress due to climate change and natural disasters like wildfires, floods, etc.
 
  • Learn how to recognize what stress is and how it affects you on a daily basis and what you are doing 
  • Learn what wellness is
  • Assess how well you are right now and how well you want to be
  • Understand how stress impacts your hormones
  • Learn what you are already doing well to combat stress
  • Learn a few new perspectives to help you manage stress and increase wellness
  • Increase your motivation and take action

Tracy L. Larson, RCC

Bio: Tracy L. Larson, RCC is a therapist and educator who resides in Northern British Columbia. Tracy is born and raised in Prince George, BC and after university chose to make Prince George her home. She has deep ties to the community. Tracy believes that people can enhance their sense of well-being through the development and use of self-care and stress management activities that increase wellness and feelings of resilience. Tracy enjoys working with adults online via small group workshops or privately.
