In this workshop, you’ll learn the best approach to discovering the characteristics and attributes of your ideal customer and how to use this information to create your target personas – “real people” with faces, names, goals and challenges.
Bio: Glorie is a seasoned tech entrepreneur with a passion for business, community service, and mentorship. After successfully launching and selling three companies in the home and building automation technology sector—culminating in her final exit in 2016—she co-founded myCEO.ca, a coaching and consulting firm dedicated to empowering small to mid-sized businesses, women-led startups, and nonprofit organizations. Through strategic planning, actionable insights, and hands-on support, Glorie and her partner help clients grow their impact, surpass their goals, and bring their visions to life. Glorie’s career has taken her on an adventurous journey across ten cities in three countries on two continents, enriching her perspective on life and business and informing her entrepreneurial approach.
