Are you an entrepreneur who has a hard time making decisions? Does it take you a long time to figure out what you want to do and where you want the business to go next? Do you over-analyze every decision and/or miss out on strategic opportunities because you can’t decide?
You’re not alone, many people experience difficulties deciding whether in business or personally.
This workshop will cover the likely causes of your difficulty and provide you with actionable steps to overcome your fear of making decisions.
For any small business owner there are a multitude of decisions that need to be made at any given time.
Some entrepreneurs, however, have a hard time making decisions or choosing from several options.
As business grows the number of decisions required often grows with it, requiring business owners to step up and speed up their decision-making process.

Bio: Glorie is a seasoned tech entrepreneur with a passion for business, community service, and mentorship. After successfully launching and selling three companies in the home and building automation technology sector—culminating in her final exit in 2016—she co-founded myCEO.ca, a coaching and consulting firm dedicated to empowering small to mid-sized businesses, women-led startups, and nonprofit organizations. Through strategic planning, actionable insights, and hands-on support, Glorie and her partner help clients grow their impact, surpass their goals, and bring their visions to life. Glorie’s career has taken her on an adventurous journey across ten cities in three countries on two continents, enriching her perspective on life and business and informing her entrepreneurial approach.
